Standard Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    • Agreement: By accessing, browsing, or using the website @kyraa.odoo.com operated by Kyraa ("Kyraa," "We," "Us," "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "T&Cs") and all applicable laws.

    • Non-Acceptance: If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not make use of this website.

    • Changes: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

    2. 2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

    • Pricing: All prices listed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice.

    • Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, Kyraa shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

    3. 3. Orders, Accounts, and Payment

    • Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

    • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

    4. 4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

    • Delivery Times: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Kyraa is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

    • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

    • Free Delivery Offer: Free standard delivery will be provided for all eligible orders with a total purchase value (after any discounts or promotions are applied) of Rs. 799 or greater. This offer is valid only for standard shipping addresses within India and may be subject to change or withdrawal by Kyraa at any time.

    5. 5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

    • Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before the order has been processed and shipped. Once shipped, the Order cannot be cancelled, and the standard Return Policy will apply.

    • Return Policy: Kyraa accepts returns/exchanges of products only if they are initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, in their original condition with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.

    • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Control team. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after approval.

    6. 6. Intellectual Property

    • Ownership: All content on the Service, including graphics, text, logos, product names, images, and software, is the property of Kyraa or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

    • Limited License: Kyraa grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this Service and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Kyraa.

    7. 7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

    • Disclaimer of Warranties: This Service and all information, content, materials, products, and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Service are provided by Kyraa on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyraa, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

    8. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

    • Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai
